Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Searching new organisations and opportunities for placement tie-ups across Pan India.
- Building relationships with employers and funders.
- Supporting Local Center Teams to find local job opportunities, within city and outside.
- Conducting the placement activities i.e. Industry talks, industry visits, job fairs etc.
- Preparing and Maintaining the Placement Reports, placement records as per audit norms.
- Managing team.
- Identifying gaps in training so students can be placed in high paying jobs.
- Signing MOUs with Employers for hiring/sponsorship.
