A Familiar Beginning, An Unfamiliar Dream
Aman comes from a family of doers. His father runs a utensil shop, his sister owns a restaurant, and his brother is a working engineer in the UK. Entrepreneurship was in his blood but he hadn’t yet found a path that resonated with him.
After completing his studies in Commerce, Aman followed the expected route: applying for jobs and joining the corporate world. But as time passed, the routine started feeling robotic. There was no room for creativity, no space to grow on his own terms. That’s when he came across NIIT Foundation’s Digital Marketing course.
Learning That Sparks Change
The course introduced him to the world of digital strategy, brand building, social media, and online tools that power the modern economy. The learning was hands-on, industry-relevant, and most importantly, empowering.
He was no longer just a consumer of the internet. He was beginning to understand how to create with it, market with it, and build something real.
“It wasn’t just about learning Facebook Ads or SEO,” Aman recalls. “It was about discovering what I could do if I had the right skills.”
The Leap of Faith
Armed with new knowledge and a growing sense of confidence, Aman decided to take a leap that many dream of but few dare to take. He started his own company.
In 2021, Metre Master, his digital marketing agency, was born.
By the end of 2022, Aman had built a pan-India client base and even expanded internationally, managing campaigns for clients in the UK and US. His small team grew, and today, Aman proudly distributes a combined salary of ₹1.25 lakh to his employees each month, creating opportunities for others just as he once sought.
“Your career isn’t defined by where you begin. It’s defined by how hungry you are to learn. The digital world has so much to offer. Grab the opportunity and build your own path,” he says.
