NIIT Foundation with the support of DXC technology offers a short term beginner-friendly course that teaches Customer Relation Skills and Professional Communication with a blended 65 days virtual learning, available to students across India without any fee for eligible students in which we will take through the proper procedures and processes needed to provide effective customer service.
This Course will help student to learn MNC’s metrics for IT/ITES industry and give wings to their career aspiration as a Global Customer Service Desk Specialist.
On successful completion of the course, get placed with a leading MNC.

Who Can Apply:
- Recent Graduates from the year 2021, 2022 or 2023. Final year students can also apply.
- Students who have completed their graduation and have IT knowledge are preferable.
