Sr. Executive/AM – HR Operations

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Payroll:
• Collect, review and maintain monthly attendance data of the employees required for payroll processing, from the software.
• Connect with respective stakeholders for any discrepancy, through emails and on calls.
• Collate data such as incentives, LOP/LWP, hold cases, salary advances, employee referral incentives and any other data required for payroll processing for the particular month/monthly basis and ensure required approvals are available.
• Ensure that all related trackers are up-to date.
2. Employee data
• Maintain the complete data base of all employees in the software and through other onboarding forms.
• Maintain and update the details of any changes in the software timely.
• Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner and the revised letters are shared with the concerned employees timely.
3. Employee Separation
• Ensure resignation letters are received for employees who intend to leave on ZOHO and the employee is informed of the exit formalities on email and verbally too.
• Ensure the FNF tracker is updated as and when a resignation is received and also that the SOP for FNF is followed at all stages of the employee separation
• Conduct exit interviews in specified formats and share with HR Manager  on a monthly basis.
• Follow up for the clearance/ no dues from the concerned department and ensure final settlement is done within standard agreed timeline.
4. Compliance and Data Management
• Maintain all trackers, employee files, ESIC related documents of the registered employees in ZOHO.
• Ensure that all eligible employees get registered in ESIC within the TAT and that all related documents are shared with the vendor for processing.
• Be SPOC for all ESIC related queries and assist employees with required information and pehchaan card.
5. Employee Query Management
• SPOC for all Payroll and Statutory compliance related communication and query.
• Ensure tickets are closed on daily basis in PULSE software.
