Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for management of projects across regions assigned.
2. Ensure Project milestones are met for every center, every quarter and client expectations are taken care of.
3. Daily virtual coordinations with the center team for implementing the project.
4. Ensure the required system and process for compliance are followed
5. Ensure project objectives are met at the center.
6. Team motivation and issue resolution across center and region.
7. Bringing the challenge up in knowledge of the program manager and plan to address them.
8. Building community relationships to maintain positive energies towards the project.
9. Generate new ideas for improvement and success of the program.
10. Travelling to the center location for monitoring of the program.
11. Engagement with the local govt. officials to highlight the project.
12. Stakeholder/funder management
